How much does a service cost?Basic service starts between $150-$200. Price varies depending on the type of vehicle and the level of service needed.

What kind of cars do you service?We specialize in vehicles purchased from manufacturers’ Kia and Nissan.

Which services do you offer beside a vehicle service?Our service department also offers mechanical repairs.

How long does a service take?The typical wait time for a service is a few hours. Once the vehicle is dropped off at our service department at 8am, you can pick up by 4:30pm the latest.

Can I wait while my vehicle is being serviced?Yes, you can. However, it depends on the level of service needed and what is recommended by the technician.

Do you check for other issues while a vehicle is being serviced?Yes! It is mandatory for our technicians to conduct a full overview of the vehicle.

How will I know when it is time for my vehicle’s next service?A reminder sticker will be placed on your windshield, and you will receive a reminder call, Whatsapp or email, the day prior to your appointment.

Do you provide a shuttle service for clients?No, unfortunately we don’t. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this service is no longer available.

Does Sanpin carry parts for makes and models other than Nissan and Kia?Unfortunately, we do not. Contact Multi Auto Parts & Accessories for all other parts inquiries.

Do I need to have my chassis number or vehicle identification number (VIN number) when I request a part for my car?Yes

Why is having my VIN number so important?Vehicles are manufactured in many countries of the world as opposed to just one or two. So, when a car is made, a chassis number is stamped on the vehicle (s).

What do you now use to locate parts?A new system which is computerized is called a MicroCat, or EPC also known as the Electronic Parts Catalogue.

What are domestic vehicles?Domestic vehicles are manufactured for a particular region, also known as cars for export.

Why are replacement parts for the Japan Direct Vehicles so costly?Replacement parts are manufactured at a very high standard, tested before leaving the factory and are made specifically for your chassis number and production date.

Why can’t the electrical part be returned after it is purchased and has not been opened?The “No Refund Policy” on electric parts was put in place to protect all parts involved- the manufacturer (supplier), the franchise holder, and future parts customer. This is the final reason for a one on one final sale.

Why is there no refund on electrical parts?Electrical parts are made by precision and exacting to your vehicle’s “DNA” and has already been tested at the factory for immediate fitment to your vehicle.

Why can’t I just source my parts by presenting the year and engine size? Should that not be sufficient?Parts catalogues are no longer used to locate parts for your vehicle.
